Lin Cerles, Ph.D. (pictured to the left) is a licensed psychologist and a licensed educational psychologist. She is also an assistant professor at U.C. San Francisco, training child psychiatrists in the child, adolescent, and autism clinics. Dr. Cerles received her doctorate at U.C. Berkeley, and has also taught and supervised graduate students in the doctoral program in School Psychology. Her areas of interest and expertise include language-based and nonverbal learning disabilities, attention deficit disorders, and social/emotional difficulties. Dr. Cerles provides a thorough assessment of children, adolescents, and adults, which includes observation, interviews with family members and teachers, individual assessment, and feedback for both family and school. Because of her years of experience in a psychiatric setting, she is also knowledgeable about the benefits and risks of medication.
Dr. Cerles is familiar with the requirements of a variety of testing boards, including the College Board for SAT, ACT, LSAT, and GMAT.
